Founded a SaaS for brick-and-mortar loyalty. Membership-as-NFT, with partner coffeeshops, social clubs, and restaurants across the Netherlands, Spain, and the United States. Onboarded thousands of non-crypto users in the process.

Senior operating leader for a cross-border arts education nonprofit. Owned operations, fundraising, grants, compliance, and strategy. Managed international teams up to 20. Partnerships and funding relationships drove ~500% revenue growth over two years.
