A 250-capacity venue at 428 Lafayette in Manhattan, programmed with Eliza Soros. Mixed programming between local arts, music, performance, and touring acts looking for an intimate room for secret shows. Lineups in development ranged from local heroes like David Byrne and Julian Casablancas to DJ sets with Berghain residents. Operations were halted weeks before opening, by COVID.
