ourhouse

Every live listing pinned across New York, clustered over north Brooklyn.

A rental app that turns fragmented listing data, renter preferences, pricing history, concessions, and broker negotiation into a decision system.

It gathers listings across New York, tracks how they change, and scores each apartment against what a renter actually wants. Every home is judged in context: against comparable apartments in its neighborhood, its price relative to the local market, how long it has been listed, its concessions, and its proximity to transit. The result is a ranked shortlist that shows not only what is worth pursuing, but why.

The market view — price distributions by neighborhood, each with its median and how many listings fall in budget.
The ranked shortlist — each apartment scored, with how far under the local median it sits and how long to a train.

In private alpha.
